Had a great time in Southampton

It was a real thrill sharing a stage with some of the guys Frank Zappa had chosen to be in his band when we opened for Basnned From Utopia on Saturday. Fortunately we played our best gig to date and to an enthusiastic audience. I've uploaded a recording of our set to SoundCloud and shared it to FaceBook.

I'm not sure what benefit there is in maintaining this blog. If you find this useful please comment. Otherwise I think I'll abandon this blog and use FaceBook to keep up-to-date with Acton Zappa news.

Band From Utopia support gig Confirmed

Yes we are playing a gig supporting Frank Zappa's actual band! How good is that? It's at The 1865 in Southampton on Saturday 15th October.

Had a great rehearsal yesterday and all very exited that we are almost certainly going to be playing a support gig for Band From Utopia in Southampton. Once it's absolutely confirmed I'll post it on Facebook.
